Professional Experience: Mike started his real estate career at the age of 19, buying his first home in the Nashville area and over the years, buying, renovating, and managing several residential and commercial properties. Having lived in the Middle Tennessee area all his life, he has called Lebanon, TN home for the last 25 years. Although owning several businesses over the years, real estate brokerage and auction services have been the focal point of his life with his wife and real estate broker, Cynthia. Having conducted thousands of auctions and real estate transactions, Mike and his team focus on providing professional real estate and auction service implementing the latest trends in technology in our industry.

Graduate Professional Experience: After graduating from Western Kentucky University, Cynthia worked with a large Nashville hospital as property manager and event coordinator. Since being involved with real estate full time since 2000, she has acquired designations of Principal Broker, App. Auctioneer, Professional Ringman’s Institute graduate, Auction agent for several real estate companies, traditional real estate sales and buyer representative, manager and coordinator for company auction division.

Jim, a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer, is a life long resident of Lewis County Tennessee and has helped thousands of people buy and sell property throughout Lewis and Hohenwald Counties. Jim has been a licensed real estate broker since 1973 and graduated from the Texas Auction Academy in 2009. With such a unique understanding of the real estate market, Jim added an auction division to his company, Middle Tennessee Realty & Auction, in 2009. As a Realtor and member of the National Auctioneers Association and The Tennessee Auctioneers Association, Jim provides a full range of advertising, marketing and sales services though his blended sales model. John Jefferies

Joined Mike Walker Auctions in 2012, as one of our strategic Midwest partners. Since graduating from the Missouri Auction School in 1993 he has performed numerous successful estate sales and loves to give back to his community by doing auctions for charitable causes and fund raisers for local organizations.

John is a 32nd degree Scottish Rite freemason and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. John and his wife Debbie live in Greenwood Mo and have two adult daughters. They attend the Lee’s Summit United Methodist church.

The auction business has given John the opportunity to meet and work with many people, building relationships and friendships that have proven to be an unexpected pleasure that has lasted throughout the years.

Maverick Commins started his real estate career with his father at the age of 15 in his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio, buying, fixing and selling turn of the century Victorian Estates. While in college in London Maverick worked as an art director, where he was first introduced to the high-end auction industry. After graduating from college with a Sales and Marketing Degree, the owner of a luxury real estate resort company offered Maverick a position as real estate sales director for their worldwide resort properties.

In a few short years Maverick developed a unique Accelerated Marketing Program to sell real estate that produced unprecedented results. Maverick returned to the United States after a 15-year absence and opened a boutique real estate auction firm specializing in Luxury Properties.

As President and owner of Supreme Auctions, Maverick has affiliated his firm with Keller Williams Realty International offering his proprietary Accelerated Marketing Program to their agents and brokers. Maverick graduated from Continental Auctioneers School in Minnesota and voted Most Professional Auctioneer by his Peers.

He is a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors and is a licensed Auctioneer with the National Auctioneers Association.

Background: Mike grew up in Lakeland, FL. He has a strong passion for real estate and auctioneering and was recently named the 2012 Rookie of the Year by Florida Auctioneers Association. Mike is a true Floridian who loves upland bird hunting, traveling, food and the southern way of life. Prior to working in real estate, Mike served 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He credits a large portion of his success to the determination and drive gained from his military experience. Anita Tate

Anita Tate, Owner/Broker, Century 21 West Main Realty and Auction, LLC, has called Wilson County home for more than 30 years.  A native of Madison, she has seen Lebanon, Mount Juliet and other communities virtually explode in recent years. Anita earned her real estate license in 1997 after more than two decades running a very successful repossession and investigation business.  She quickly became one of Wilson County’s top producers, gradually increasing her sales volume and earning Gold, Platinum and the coveted Lifetime Diamond award from EMTAR.  She earned the Century 21 Centurion award in 2012 and the Double Centurion award in 2013. Working 100 hour weeks is normal for Anita.  She leads by example and gives her clients every moment she has available. Anita earned her Auctioneer’s License in 2007.  She ignites excitement at auctions with her high energy and outgoing personality.  In addition to real property auctions, Anita has donated her time to charitable auctions. When Anita is not at work selling real estate or auctioneering, she enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren and travelling to warm climate destinations. Anita’s focus is on her customers.  Providing good customer service has guided both her personal and company success.

Dwayne Rogers

Dwayne is a 1980 graduate of Mt. Juliet High School and is married to Susie Goodall, a full time agent and broker and serves as Dwayne’s buyer’s agent.   Dwayne has been is sales his whole adult life. He has worked with Matco tools and was a partner in a local real estate company for over 13 years. In addition to being an outstanding Realtor, he took an interest in the auction method of selling in 2000 and has been an auction team member ever since. Having knowledge of the auction process and the real estate market, and a yearly multi-million dollar top producer, makes Dwayne a vital member of our auction team.

With over 15 years of experience assisting buyers and sellers, he is known for his straight forward approach to real estate without high pressure tactics. Dwayne’s goal is for you to become a customer for life!

Susie Goodall

Susie has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998 and has been a broker for several years. She previously worked for major corporations traveling over the country managing several facets of the business. She started working with Dwayne, her husband in the auction field in 2000. Susie has worked in every area of auctions honing her skills in auction management as well as working the grounds procuring bids at real estate auctions. Susie has been an integral part of ourteam for many years and is always quick to take on any responsibility.

Aaron T. Walker, is a motivated, inspirational and qualified leader with a true entrepreneurial spirit. Being a true Nashville native has given Aaron incredible insights to the needs and desires of local residents. Owning 8 successful businesses, participating in civic, charitable and mentoring programs have broadened Aaron’s perspective to new heights.

The “Eagles”, an extremely focused and highly disciplined mastermind group includes 11 of the most respected leaders in Nashville. Being a member of this group for ten plus years has been a tremendous experience.

Aaron’s active involvement in two other mastermind groups, “48 Days” & “The Torch,” have all played a role in understanding how to live a successful and significant life. Selling his personal retail business to a Fortune 500 company, leading a construction company to be recognized as the #1 builder three consecutive years are just a few of the many notable business and life experiences for Aaron.

Being on the cutting edge and staying informed has been one of Aaron’s strengths. Aaron refuses to sit idle and makes education a part of his daily routine. For two decades Aaron has been personally coached by financial guru Dave Ramsey and instructed by life coach Dan Miller.

Beyond his business life Aaron spends considerable time with family and friends. Sharing the past 34 years with Robin, his lovely wife has been nothing short of spectacular. Two fantastic daughters and champion son-n-laws have given Aaron & Robin four beautiful grandchildren. When time permits hunting, fishing and golf are favorite outdoor activities. The local church is where Aaron finds purpose and spiritual fulfillment serving as a teacher, deacon and leader. Impacting my spiritual life immeasurably have been two local mentors, David Landrith and Bob Warren. I feel certain that continuing education in every area of our life is vital.
